Safety is first for us. Working in the same building wile serving patients is difficult. Badger Brothers had more concern for the safety of our patients and employees. They not only modified their work schedule but every contractor was conscience and cared for our employees. What a pleasant experience it was for us all.

Working on a military base is not normal. The normal is change. Change the schedule, change caused by emergencies, change due to weather, orders, modifications, etc. Managing change is not easy and effects time and budgets. When you have a contractor who not only understand this but anticipates change makes it so much easier to complete a project on time and on budget. Well done Badger Brothers. Will keep them on the top of my list.

Having so many contractors working in the same close space is difficult and naturally causes conflict. Actually seeing and experiencing contractors work through issues and problems without fingers pointing and decibels rising was a first. Everyone's focus was on the customer, not the themselves. Completed on time and with no overruns. Exceptional!

We are a hospital. Though we constantly adding new construction projects on our campus, we have learned to hire a Construction Manager to manage our projects.
